Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our own servers do not keep a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we see the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Our host records routine server-log details such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time stamps. We review those details in aggregate to maintain the service and understand which Cudahy reference pages are used. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
How We Use It
The purposes are practical: operate the pages, fix faults, measure traffic, and improve the reference. We do not sell visitor lists or create profiles of individual readers.
External Portals and Links
The pages link to Cudahy public records, Los Angeles County records portals, library collections, archives, and sponsored search tools. Once you leave this reference, the outside provider’s privacy policy controls what you submit. Sponsored results in particular are supplied by a separate company.
Who Can Receive It
Hosting and support providers process server logs as needed to run the service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Disclosure may also occur when valid legal process requires it; otherwise, we do not disclose it.
Security and Retention
The connection is encrypted, and logs are retained only for as long as the purposes above require. Because the service has no accounts, it does not hold a password or user profile that could be exposed.
People Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor may have sent information, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your California Privacy Rights
California’s CCPA and CPRA may give eligible residents rights to know, correct, delete, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and opt out of sale or sharing. The California Privacy Protection Agency data-broker registry is an official route for covered broker requests. Because Cudahy Residents Directory retains very little, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then removing what can be found. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by California, Los Angeles County, or Cudahy offices remain under the control of their custodians, so a deletion request for a deed, case, assessor entry, or city file must go to that office.
Policy Changes
When this policy changes, the revised text will be posted here. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the new version.
